“Our investment in Docufile aligns with our stated objective for expanding our international footprint and establishing a presence in key regions like Africa,” said Marc Duale, President International for Iron Mountain. “When looking for an entry point in new markets, we look to acquire or invest in established local companies that share our belief in delivering service to customers with the highest levels of security and trust. We look forward to maintaining that high standard with Docufile’s roster of 900 customers while also establishing a local base of operations for our global customers in South Africa, as well as new regional customers.”
